University Courses
There are several Universities and Colleges throughout the UK that offer courses and qualifications within Engineering, Construction, and other relevant business areas, if you wish to extend your educational credentials.

There is no single 'official' league table for UK universities but we have put together a list of links to tables that are seen as credible sources of information.  The league tables are created using a variety of data:-

Daily Telegraph: sole criterion is teaching quality, as measured by the proportion of departments rated excellent or awarded at least 22 points out of 24 by the Quality Assurance Agency.

The Guardian: six criteria; the most important, counting for 40 per cent, is teaching quality. Others include entry qualifications, job prospects, spending per student and staff-student ratio. Research is excluded.

The Times: nine criteria, variously weighted, including teaching, research, entry standards, staff-student ratio, library/computer spending, proportion of firsts and upper seconds and graduate destinations.

The Good University Guide: measuring nine key aspects of university activity using the most recent data available at the time of compilation. Student Satisfaction, Research Assessment, Entry Standards, Student-Staff Ratio, Academic Services Spending, Facilities Spending, Good Honours, Graduate Prospects and Completion.
