World leading manufacturer within the Aerospace industry seek a Quality Manager. Key Skills: Man -management, Leadership, Motivate & Coach, facilitation and problem - solving skills. Aerospace or Automotive backgrounds Duties: Operational compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100, PPAP, APQP. Ensure that appropriate Quality systems and procedures are used including process control/capability & inspection plans, supplier assessment and improvement programs, PPAP, AQPP, etc. Good understanding of lean principles and their application in a manufacturing business including: Just-in-Time, Kaizen, SPC and Six Sigma. NADCAP experience would be an advantage, however not essential. Looking for at least 3-5 years Quality Management in large scale manufacturing environments. Coach and mentor staff to achieve standards required through internal, customer and third party quality system audits.
