COMPANY INFORMATION

A market leading / multi-million pound turnover organisation who is technically advanced in the supply of Plastic Extruded / Injection Moulded products. The company prides itself on extremely high levels of service and flexibility with National and European exposure, whilst covering some parts of the USA.
This company is looking for aggressive growth and therefore need to recruit a dynamic and dedicated New Business Development Manager, who has a proven track record in developing new customers / business.

ROLE INFORMATION

• Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be in a 100% new business role which will require you to develop new enquiries and converting these into new business wins / projects.
• You will spend approximately 4 days per week visiting new customers identifying new projects within key market sectors, identifying opportunities and promoting the company's Plastic Extrusion capabilities.
• You will also be responsible for understanding deign briefs / specifications, assist in Plastic Extrusion budgets and all business planning procedures.
• Key customers you will be targeting will be End Users, Manufacturers and Distributors / Agents.
• You will actively promote the ability to manufacture products such as profiles for National Retail Outlets / Supermarkets, Street Furniture Manufacturers and Cross Fill Cables used within the Electronic market sector.


YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING

• Proven track record in 100% New Business Development.
• Proven track record within the Plastic Extrusion / Injection Moulding and or related sectors such as, Blow Moulding and Thermoforming.


IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING

• Degree or equivalent qualifications in Plastics and or Plastic Extrusions.
• Experience of European and or Over Seas Travel.
• Ideally located close to motorway networks.
