My background in recruitment

I have worked in engineering recruitment since 2010, recruiting across manufacturing and engineering disciplines. In 2017, I was promoted to Business Development Manager and began specialising in executive search recruitment and senior appointments.

What I do at ATA Recruitment

I focus entirely on executive search, recruiting Senior Managers and Directors on retained assignments. I work as a strategic partner to clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and create a detailed profile of the ideal candidate. My Thomas International accreditation allows me to conduct full psychometric assessments, something I offer as part of every executive search project.

The best part of my job

I love a challenge, and working on high-profile and hard-to-fill roles is really rewarding. My favourite part of my job is having real in-depth discussions with clients, as I really enjoy demonstrating how recruitment can play an integral part in business strategy. I get a real buzz from making senior placements, but even more so from knowing successful candidates have played a part in helping my clients' business to grow.

What I do when I'm not in the office

My passions outside of work include sports, especially Formula 1 and boxing, as well as house and dance music.
