My background in recruitment

I have now worked in Recruitment for over 10 years and have specialised in Engineering / Technical Recruitment since 2011. I have worked with a vast cross section of the UK Manufacturing Industry helping both SME’s and Blue-Chip organisations achieve their recruitment goals.

My role has evolved over the years and I now focus on leading our sales team in the winning and development of new and existing clients, I also play a key part in the creation and execution on the company’s sales strategy.

My team specialise in recruiting for Engineering / Technical Contractors, and within the business we can support you with any Engineering / Technical needs you have on a Permanent, Contract or Temp to Perm basis both regionally and nationally.

We try and be a one stop shop for our clients, helping them fill roles at all levels in their Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, Manufacturing & Production teams. This is done across a range of sectors including Automation, Robotics, FMCG, Logistics, SPM, Process, Automotive and Aerospace.


The best part of my job

I’m a people person and love the day to day interactions with my colleagues and clients. I enjoy building and growing long lasting business relationships with my clients and I get a huge amount of satisfaction from developing and helping my colleagues improve through training and coaching.

What I do when I'm not in the office

I am a coach at the local Grassroots Football Club where my son plays, I am a keen golfer who likes to get out on the course whenever possible, and lastly, I play the Drums in a band.
