My background in recruitment
I have eight years’ recruitment experience and ten years’ overall sales experience.
This includes 6.5 years at a retained executive search company with an international focus specialising in the industrial sector including building materials chemicals plastics packaging and automotive.
This was followed by two years in recruitment specialising in non-FMCG industries similar to those previously covered with a stronger focus on the UK market.
Prior to recruitment I worked as a Sales Director for a door-to-door fundraising company building teams across Australia and supporting organisations such as RSPCA Greenpeace and UNICEF.

I have a proven track record across sectors including automotive, aerospace, food production, heavy engineering and construction, with experience supporting a wide range of engineering roles spanning maintenance, multi-skilled and electrical disciplines, as well as automation, health and safety, quality and continuous improvement positions.
The best part of my job
The most rewarding part of the role is engaging with a wide range of people and building strong working relationships. There is real satisfaction in supporting individuals to find their next opportunity while also helping businesses close critical gaps, ultimately developing long-term partnerships that add value on both sides.
What I do when I'm not in the office
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family, especially my partner and one-year-old son.
I also have a strong interest in golf and enjoy catching up with friends in relaxed social settings.
My free time often includes walking my French Bulldog, Bonnie and watching sport, mainly rugby and football.
