Graduate Sales Executive Stoke £25k + Bonus (circa 10 – 20k) Main Purpose of the Role Working to sell an interesting and varied product, this is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader within the field. You will be providing technical and sales support to customers to provide a world class service. You will be given excellent product training and given all the tools needed to perform your role well. ** Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position ** The Person You should be flexible and dynamic in your approach, and bring energy and drive to your work. Key requirements are; • Degree qualified or equivalent • Excellent communicator • Driven to hit targets and deliver high volume productivity Key Responsibilities You will join a small, close-knit, supportive team, most of whom have been in your shoes as a newbie and will help with your development. Once fully trained, your role will include a balance of looking after the needs of existing customers, as well as making proactive sales calls to bring on new customers. The main requirement to join this company is that you have a technical background and a track record of solution sales with products such as pumps, compressors, valves etc. (hydraulics/pneumatics). You need to show that you’re enthusiastic, up for it and autonomous (there’s no micromanagement here). What you need: Good track record of solution sales achievement in a technical role Able to demonstrate previous experience of selling an hydraulic or pneumatic product – or pumps, valves, compressors etc. Sold to end users The Role Building and maintain relationships with new and existing customers (60% new business) Own time management as will largely be home based Growing the sales of the company’s products to a variety of existing accounts as well as hunting for new opportunities Provide technical support to customers Selling into end users and OEMs The Rewards £35-40k + 12k Bonus (circa 50k OTE)+ car + pension + healthcare The holiday allowance is amazing (27 days plus stats).
