This is a career and not just a job! Role As a Graduate Environmental Specialist, responsible for ensuring facility environmental and safety compliances at the District level. He / She maintains up to date knowledge of facility regulations, performs and reviews audits and evaluates and provides feedback for trend analysis, corrective action plans and other required reporting. It will also include Oversea Facility Environmental Compliance Reviews Forms and Reports Reviews and Creates Training programs Process Safety & Environmental Improvements. Reviews and Evaluates Corrective Action Plans Coordinates Environmental Visibility With-in the Community Candidate As a Graduate Environmental Specialist, you will need a: Degree in environmental science or relevant field. Working knowledge of hazardous materials including hazardous wastes, asbestos, and other hazardous pollutants. Ability to understand and apply government regulations related to hazardous materials and wastes. Role As a Project Support Administrator you will be expected to but not limited: Ability to build effective, long lasting working relationships with existing suppliers. Responsible for the coordination of supporting task for the project management team. Ensure that suppliers fulfil their expected delivery times in line with project expectations. Efficient fulfilment of the requirements of internal customers. Assist the Head of Projects on occasion during absence and holidays. Feedback to the Head of Projects on supplier performance to allow adequate review of suppliers on a regular basis. Review and align with individual Project Managers to ensure that supplier timelines are both suitable and achieved in line with project goals. Responsible for updating in-house software tools on the request of the project management team in relation to workflows. Candidate To be successful as a Project Support Administrator: Administration experience (with an engineering bias ideally). Strong Microsoft skills Ability to build relationship internally and externally. Ability to confidently report to the UK Senior Management team.
