Electrical Assembly Supervisor
£35K-£40K + 15% Bonus + Pension + Medical
Days Monday to Friday
Based in Leeds
The Company:
We are working with a massive, multi-site manufacturing business that produce special purpose machinery for a global customer base. The equipment is complex and highly specialised.
They have been growing for several years now and have built a brand new, state of the art assembly plant in Leeds to allow them to cope with increased demands for their products. They now require an electrical assembly supervisor to support this growth.
The Role:
- The Electrical Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for a large team of skilled panel wirers and machine wirers.
- Your role is to lead the team to ensure they are working to the highest standards and to strict project timescales.
- You will deal with all 1st line management duties such as time keeping, discipline, sickness, training
- You will ensure strict health and safety procedures re followed at all time
Required Experience:
- Electrically qualified and able to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Experience of managing / supervising teams
- Experience within an electrical assembly or machine build workshop environment
