Electrical Assembly Team Leader
£35K + 15% Bonus + Pension
Days Monday to Friday
Based in Leeds
The Company:
We are working with a massive, multi-site manufacturing business that produce special purpose machinery for a global customer base. The equipment is complex and highly specialised.
They have been growing for a number of years now and built a brand new, state of the art assembly plant in Leeds to allow them to cope with increased demands for their products.
The Role:
- The Electrical Assembly Team Leader will be responsible for a large team of skilled panel wirers and machine wirers.
- Your role is to lead the team to ensure they are working to the highest standards and to strict project timescales.
- You will deal with all 1st line management duties such as time keeping, discipline, sickness, training
- You will ensure strict health and safety procedures re followed at all time
Required Experience:
- Electrically qualified and able to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Experience of managing / supervising teams
- Experience within an electrical assembly or machine build workshop environment
