The Opportunity
Join a well-established and growing manufacturer that's actively investing in its people, equipment, and future. As demand increases and production expands, they're looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to become a key part of a supportive, well-structured engineering team.
If you take pride in keeping things running and enjoy the challenge of fault-finding across varied production equipment, this is the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical breakdowns to minimise downtime and keep production on track
- Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance across site machinery
- Fault-finding on control panels, motors, drives, sensors, and electrical systems
- Contributing to installation and improvement projects that make a real difference on site

- £45,000 base salary with OTE of £48k
- Days-only shifts — Monday to Friday (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)

What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Maintenance Engineering
- Solid experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
- Strong fault-finding ability and a proactive, hands-on mindset
