Role – Field Sales Executive

Location – West Midlands (Commutable to Kidderminster)

Salary - £25k - £30k + uncapped bonus + £300 per month car allowance + fuel cost

Hours – Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)

The Business

Our client specialises in Fire, Security, and Controlled Access Systems for Commercial and Industrial facilities. With 12 branches Nationwide, the business has been steadily expanding since their founding 30 years ago. Having recently opened a new Branch in Kidderminster they are now looking for Field Service Engineers and Field Sales Executives to join the new location.

The Role

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating Sales for the business’ Kidderminster Branch for either new or upgraded Fire, Security or Controlled Access Systems, across the West Midlands. These would take the form of one off and repeat sales and the selling of maintenance contracts.

The Field Sales Executive will be required to:

  • Proactively call businesses within their agreed sales patch, plus follow up on website and marketing enquiries.
  • Generate Quotes as required.
  • Actively propagate their account base, upselling services where possible.
  • Networking of customers to sell into other potential sites.
  • Arrange and attend face to face sales meetings.

The Candidate

To be considered for the role the business are looking for the following:

  • Must have previous B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record in selling products and services to new and existing customers
  • Excellent Face to Face and telephone communication abilities
  • Results driven and hunger to succeed
  • Full UK drivers licence
  • Own transport with Business Insurance

Specific experience with Fire, Security or Controlled Access systems is not a necessity, however prior experience or knowledge would be greatly beneficial.

Full product training will be provided to the successful applicant.
