This expanding business is currently going through a period of growth and is a fantastic place to work where its employees are engaged and looked after. This company are now looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join the team in Alfreton.

The role of HR Advisor will involve the following:
- Dealing with recruitment administration – liaising with managers, agencies, and candidates, raising recruitment requests, arranging interviews, scheduling inductions etc. etc.
- Attendance Management – tracking absence levels, advising managers, compiling Right to Works forms, running reports, supporting absence review meetings etc.
- Working with various HR databases
- Occupational Health - organising health surveillance for new starts and existing employees, updating employee records etc.
- Dealing with projects/repetitive calendar events such as Salary Reviews, Apprenticeship Programme etc.
- Employee relations – Supporting absence reviews, and investigations/disciplinaries, and grievances
- General HR duties include – General admin, payroll, employee changes etc.
The HR Advisor will need the following:
- Previous HR Advisor experience in a manufacturing/engineering/industrial/logistics environment
- Excellent communication skills, to be able to deal with a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience supporting a payroll team
- Problem Solving skills
- Adaptable, approachable, flexible, and committed to achieving objectives and customer satisfaction
- A resilient, reliable, and hardworking individual
- CIPD – Level 3
