Labourer / General Operative / Production Operative – Manufacturing Environment
Based in Somercotes / Alfreton – 3 Months Temporary to Permanent
£11 per hour plus overtime rates
7am-3pm Monday to Friday
This well-established large manufacturer of construction products is currently going through a massive growth phase to keep up with the demand for their product. As a result, they require several operatives to ensure that they are maximising the production output of the manufacturing facility.

What the role of Labourer / Production Operative / General Operative will include on a day to day:
- Building and cleaning up moulds
- Fitting of components.
- Pouring concrete and finishing units
- General labour and housekeeping duties
- Ensuring Health & Safety policies are followed
The candidate must possess the following skills & experience to be considered for this role:
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Labouring / general operating experience
- Good communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Good time management skills
- Show enthusiasm
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Experience with Hand Tools
