Role: Maintenance Engineer
Shifts: Monday to Thursday (Nights Only)
Salary: £48,000 - £52,000
Location: Southall

The Company:
Our client are a new but thriving company that have grown exponentially in the last 10 years due to a increase in demand for their products. From this sole manufacturing facility they produce over 300 thousand units per day meaning there is never a dull moment whether it be reactive, planned or project work to do!
With a growing turnover and consistent reinvestment into the business, you can expect some excellent training opportunities as well as a stable and secure job for the long term. They regularly get the OEMs on site for training or alternatively send you to their facilities so you can become and expert on the machinery within the facility.
The Role:
The role of Maintenance Engineer will include the following responsibilities:
- Reactive and Planned Maintenance on all of the automated production machinery
- Electrical Fault Finding and rectification on: Sensors, Relays, Contactors, Invertors, Three Phase Motors, Servo Motors
- Mechanical Fault Finding and rectification on: Bearings, Gearboxes, Rollers, Shafts, Pneumatics, Pulleys, Chains
- Working with a shift partner supporting each other with maintenance tasks
- Working on projects aimed at improving OEE on the site
The Candidate:
The right candidate for the role of Maintenance Engineer will be/have
- Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer with experience on machinery
- Be happy working Nights
- Be confident Fault Finding Electrically and Mechanically
- A positive working attitude, able to work well with others as well as on your own
- Have an eye for Continuous Improvement – come up with ideas for improving the OEE of machinery
