Maintenance engineer – Evesham
4 on 4 off days, 12-hour shifts, 06:00 – 18:00
£35,000 - £39,500, OTE = £40,000+
The company
This company are one of the leaders within the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industry. This is evident through their turnover toppling over the £100million mark across several sites they have nationwide. The company continue to grow from strength to strength, developing and growing continuously and are now looking to add an additional maintenance engineer, to their 1800 personnel.
The role
The role of maintenance engineer would include:
Multi skilled work – both electrically and mechanically based tasks
Working on an array of different equipment, including but not limited to; conveyors, washers, weighers, multi vacuum packaging.
60% reactive and 40% PPM (planned preventative maintenance)
Minimising downtime and looking for continuous improvements
About you
The ideal maintenance engineer will:
Multi skilled both electrically and mechanically
Experienced within a production/automated environment
In possession of a recognisable engineering qualification
Able to fault find through several different methods including the use of PLC’s
