Maintenance Engineer, £35K-39K, Mon-Fri on a 3-shift pattern. Based in Leicester

We are assisting a £multimillion manufacturing business in their search for a maintenance engineer to join their well-established manufacturing plant in Leicester.
The business has a history of over 30 years, and in that time have a created a turnover annually of over £150 million. Our client is a market leader within their field and supply to a wide range of industries.
With the current uncertainty in the world and for UK manufacturing, this is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer to join a stable, secure business that have been going strength to strength.
About the Role
- As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, reacting to breakdowns and completing remedial repair work across a busy manufacturing site.
- Across the site, you will be maintaining machinery such as conveyors, robotics, flexographic printers, pneumatics, hydraulics, packaging lines
- Furthermore, the engineer will also be responsible for fault finding on automated machinery.
About You
For you to be considered for this maintenance engineer opportunity, you will need to have:
- Experience of working within an industrial environment.
- Experience reacting to breakdowns.
- An Engineering qualification
- Happy to work alone and at times within a small engineering team
- Must be able to fault find with a Multimeter and read electrical drawings.
