We are excited to be working with our client, who operate within the Food industry and helping them in their search for a maintenance engineer to join their well-established site in Leicester.
Our client is a £multibillion company with a turnover north of £2 Billion and this site operates in the £multimillion’s. The business is looking to grow over the next few years with the business growing in the number of clients and reputation. The business currently operates across and supplies to a wide range of industries from well-known brands to all major supermarkets.
Furthermore, having had success within the food industry, they have reinvested into the business with new machinery across their sites. With over £7 million reinvested over the past few years and over £250K spent on training for engineers, our client is in the process of increasing their influence nationally and internationally. Therefore, this is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer to join a growing business with a mind for the future.
The Role
The role is a mix of electrical and mechanical tasks. Therefore, as the Maintenance Engineer onsite, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned maintenance
- Reacting to breakdowns
- Completing remedial repair work across a busy manufacturing site.
- Maintaining machinery such as conveyors, mixers, depositors, flow wrappers and bespoke machinery specific to this site.
- Fault finding on automated machinery
The Candidate
To be considered for this Maintenance Engineer opportunity, you will need:
- Must have a minimum Level 3 Engineering Qualification
- Must have experience with Fault Finding on 3 Phase Machinery.
- To be comfortable working in fast paced environment.
