Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
Based in North Lincolnshire
£40,000-£50,000 + 10% Bonus + Contributory pension + Medical + Professional development plan
The Role:
- Days to day management of the mechanical maintenance department – this includes the engineering workshop and all onsite activities
- This is a highly regulated environment so you will take a lead in improving the quality control of maintenance activities and compliance
- Schedule planned maintenance activities
- Supervise the team on emergency breakdowns
- Take a lead in complex problem solving and designing maintenance solutions
- Full 1st line management responsibility including training, performance reviews, succession planning, H&S, Overtime

A global market leading manufacturing business specialising in the chemical industry. This company is part of a multi-national group which is investing heavily in new plant and machinery across the site

Required Experience:
- Suitably qualified mechanical engineer - apprenticeship plus HNC to degree level preferred
- Strong management and leadership capability
- Experience of managing maintenance teams
- This is a top tier COMAH plant so experience of this type of environment is a huge benefit
