Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location- Warrington
Shifts- £51,000 + Overtime (x1.5)
Shifts- 4 on 4 off (2 days / 2 nights)
Benefits- 6-8% Pension + 25 shift holiday days
We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing facility in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while developing your technical skills through industry-leading training.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and improving a highly automated production environment
- Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
- Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Working on advanced PLC-controlled machinery
Training & Development
This business is known for investing heavily in its engineers. You will receive:
- PLC Training (Siemens Levels 1, 2 & 3)
- On-site product training
- External training via local colleges (e.g. welding, 17th Edition, etc.)
- Dedicated 2-week product training programme
- Ongoing development tailored to your skill gaps
