Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
4 on 4 off days and nights
Location - Wellingborough
Salary - £42000-46000k per annum

The Company
Our client is an industry leader of recycling products, who have been established globally for over 50 years. With a turnover of over 1 billion pounds, they are very successful business, employing over 4000 people.
Their site in Wellingborough is one of their larger sites, processing over 30000 tonnes of product per year. They have plans in place to double their growth over the next 3 years, so are looking to recruit new maintenance engineers to join their team.
The Role
As the maintenance engineer you will be responsible for all electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Electrical components include sensors, control circuits, drive systems, panel work, 3 phase motors, e stops, circuit breakers
Mechanical work will include fault finding, working on hydraulic and pneumatic, fitting parts, moving motors, and swapping components like for like e.g. gears, belts, chains.
Some of the machines you will be maintaining are:
Sorting machines, conveyors, washing systems, material handling systems, granulators, silos etc
The work will be a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance.
To be successful in your application as a maintenance engineer, you must have:
- Recognised Level 3 qualification (either Electrical or Mechanical).
- Experience as a maintenance engineer
- Comfortable lone working
