Project Manager
£40,000 - £05,000 + business expensed car or allowance + company bonus – 10% + pension + healthcare + 30 days’ leave
Location: London & Home Counties
The role of the Project Manager will be as follows:
Manage BMS – Building Management System projects valued up to £250,000 each.
Reviewing plans, specifications, submittals and other contract documents to create a job plan.
Scheduling and supervising the installation, fabrication and start-up labour on assigned projects.
Managing effectively the manpower planning for future projects, including the direction of speciality subcontractors.
Interfacing with the client while the project is being completed. Keeping the client updated on progress.
Performing job cost tracking and forecasting for final project costs.
Supervising the procurement of necessary equipment and materials, for timely deliveries.
Attending necessary project meetings, both in the company office and on site.
Assuring that contractual obligations have been met and that all close-out documents are submitted, eg. RAMS, commissioning certificates, drawings such as schematics and contract documents.
Experience & background required for the role of Project Manager:
Experienced Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Project Engineer.
You must have worked with BMS (building management systems such as smoke detectors, BMS controls, booster pumps, CCTV, fire alarms, HVAC, electrical/mechanical controls etc.
Knowledge of construction processes and the ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans and specification.
Based 25 and surrounding areas and or London and Home Counties
