They have a global presence with an impressive turnover within the billions. They are one of the world leaders in what they do resulting in some substantial growth globally which is why they are now looking at hiring an experience Project Support Administrator.

My clients pride themselves on having true transparency to their customers. They work in unison so they can achieve thousand of orders a week through various material handling equipment.

Role

As a Project Support Administrator you will be expected to but not limited:

  • Ability to build effective, long lasting working relationships with existing suppliers.
  • Responsible for the coordination of supporting task for the project management team.
  • Ensure that suppliers fulfil their expected delivery times in line with project expectations.
  • Efficient fulfilment of the requirements of internal customers.
  • Assist the Head of Projects on occasion during absence and holidays.
  • Feedback to the Head of Projects on supplier performance to allow adequate review of suppliers on a regular basis.
  • Review and align with individual Project Managers to ensure that supplier timelines are both suitable and achieved in line with project goals.
  • Responsible for updating in-house software tools on the request of the project management team in relation to workflows.

Candidate

To be successful as a Project Support Administrator:

  • Administration experience (with an engineering bias ideally).
  • Strong Microsoft skills
  • Ability to build relationship internally and externally.
  • Ability to confidently report to the UK Senior Management team.
  • Ability to analyse failures and problems and to develop possible solutions
