Role of a Recruitment Consultant:
- Building Your Candidate Network: Utilise advertising, job boards, and professional networking sites to create a robust network of candidates.
- Client Relationship Development: Establish and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients, understanding their needs, and advising them on suitable candidates and market trends.
- Ensuring Quality Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Managing the Recruitment Cycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, assessing their skills, matching them to job opportunities, and coordinating the interview process.
- Mediating Negotiations: Act as a mediator between clients and candidates, negotiating terms to secure successful placements.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed challenging sales targets.
