The role of a Recruitment Consultant: The Recruitment Consultant role is a 360-recruitment position, and the post holder should be able to manage the full recruitment cycle effectively. The Recruitment Consultant will be able to articulate our full service offering to candidates and clients. The Recruitment Consultant will be a specialist within their sector will build and maintain a successful desk with multiple accounts to service. They will encompass and demonstrate our brand values in all interactions both internally and externally.

Remuneration for a Recruitment Consultant: Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission + laptop, mobile phone, pension, life assurance (x3 basic salary), 25 days annual leave (+ opportunity to buy additional days), agile working policy, green emission scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, incentives + many other benefits.

Recruitment Consultant Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have prior sales (preferably B2B, but we will consider B2C) and/or recruitment experience.
