The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our established and successful team in Leeds. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for managing the full 360 cycle, including:

  • Growing a network of relevant candidates, building lasting relationships with them
  • Selling our recruitment services to appropriate companies and generating vacancies
  • Effectively advertising your vacancies and managing response
  • Providing a first-class service to candidates and clients
  • Building up a profitable client base and managing these relationships to ensure future growth
  • Attending client meetings with the view to maintaining lasting, mutually beneficial relationships
