The role of a Recruitment Consultant: The Recruitment Consultant role is a 360-recruitment position, and the post holder should be able to manage the full recruitment cycle competently. The Recruitment Consultant will be able to confidently articulate our full service offering to candidates and clients, with limited support. The Recruitment Consultant will be a specialist within our sector/s and will build and maintain a successful desk with multiple accounts to service. They will encompass and demonstrate our brand values in all interactions both internally and externally.
