Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Warrington
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Plus holiday pay
Contract Duration: 3 months with a high likelihood of extensions and potential for a permanent position
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Administrator in Warrington, you will be a key contributor to our team, responsible for the following day-to-day tasks:

Raise Service Quotations within SAP:
- Utilize SAP for the efficient generation of service quotations.

Procurement Collaboration:
- Liaise with the procurement department to obtain 3rd party quotes, ensuring their inclusion in Evoqua service quotes.

Service Order Processing:
- Process service orders within the business, facilitating a smooth handover to the Service Ops Department.

Business Development Support:
- Actively support the development of the service business by collaborating with Sales Managers and the Service Ops Department.

Customer Account Creation:
- Gather necessary information for new customer account creation using online tools such as MDG & Amber Road.

Data Input and Database Building:
- Input equipment-level details .

Quotation Follow-up:
- Proactively follow up on service quotations to ensure timely responses.

Email Monitoring:
- Monitor the Service Quotes Group email inbox for inquiries and customer purchase orders.

Telephone Support:
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external calls.

Sales and Training Administrative Duties:
- Assist in various administrative tasks related to service sales and training.
Skills Required:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills:

Administration Skills:
- Proven experience in sales administration or a related field.

SAP Experience:
- Previous experience with SAP or similar systems.

IT Proficiency:
- General IT knowledge, including Office, Teams, and other relevant tools.

Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to Detail:
- Keen attention to detail in handling administrative responsibilities in a busy environment.

Customer Service/Manufacturing Experience:
- Directly related experience in a similar customer service or manufacturing environment.
