Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Warrington

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Plus holiday pay

Contract Duration: 3 months with a high likelihood of extensions and potential for a permanent position

Start Date: Immediate


As a Sales Administrator in Warrington, you will be a key contributor to our team, responsible for the following day-to-day tasks:

  1. Raise Service Quotations within SAP:

    • Utilize SAP for the efficient generation of service quotations.
  2. Procurement Collaboration:

    • Liaise with the procurement department to obtain 3rd party quotes, ensuring their inclusion in Evoqua service quotes.
  3. Service Order Processing:

    • Process service orders within the business, facilitating a smooth handover to the Service Ops Department.
  4. Business Development Support:

    • Actively support the development of the service business by collaborating with Sales Managers and the Service Ops Department.
  5. Customer Account Creation:

    • Gather necessary information for new customer account creation using online tools such as MDG & Amber Road.
  6. Data Input and Database Building:

    • Input equipment-level details .
  7. Quotation Follow-up:

    • Proactively follow up on service quotations to ensure timely responses.
  8. Email Monitoring:

    • Monitor the Service Quotes Group email inbox for inquiries and customer purchase orders.
  9. Telephone Support:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external calls.
  10. Sales and Training Administrative Duties:

    • Assist in various administrative tasks related to service sales and training.

Skills Required:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills:

  • Administration Skills:

    • Proven experience in sales administration or a related field.
  • SAP Experience:

    • Previous experience with SAP or similar systems.
  • IT Proficiency:

    • General IT knowledge, including Office, Teams, and other relevant tools.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail:

    • Keen attention to detail in handling administrative responsibilities in a busy environment.
  • Customer Service/Manufacturing Experience:

    • Directly related experience in a similar customer service or manufacturing environment.
