Sales/Order Processing Administrator
Based in Wigan
£20 - £22k (£10-£11 p/h)
12-month contract
To start immediately
Initially you will be working from home and will be provided with a laptop and equipment.
You will be responsible for the following:
- You will be responsible for processing Aftermarket sales orders for customers using SAP and providing administrative duties to the aftermarket sales team.
Day to day you will be:
- Processing of Aftermarket orders within SAP
- Working closely with operations and the procurement department to ensure lead-times, stock is managed efficiently.
- Assisting with maintaining the Aftermarket customer returns
- Help keep the customer data base up to date
- Process certificates for customers equipment
- Assist with maintaining aftermarket customer price lists
- Work with the team on Annual Service Reminders to give a proactive aftermarket sales stance.
- General administration duties.
You must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:
- Have experience with SAP
- Experience in the Engineering/Manufacturing industries
- Customer liaison experience
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work in pressurized environments and handle several complex orders at the same time.
