SAP and Export Administrator (Order Execution)
Based in Wigan
£12 p/h (PAYE)
12-month contract
To start at the beginning of January 2021
You will be responsible for the following:
- The role will involve the processing of Capital goods from start to finish.
-An order of an engineering part will come in from the customer to sales – your role will be to pick up order from sales, clarify the specification of the part, make sure the prices and documentation are correct and then to process the part onto the system – SAP system.
-Once that is done you will be collating the drawings and documentation for the part and passing on to the relevant departments. You will also be leasing with the planner so ensure all dates align and all orders are acknowledged.
-You will also be responsible for organising the parts for despatch. So, you will be collating all export documentation, preparing manuals, shipping documents and making sure parts are shipped and exported correctly. Both internationally and locally.
-One of the main aspects of the role is customer liaison, from start to finish you have to be in constant communication with the client, communicating the progress of all parts and documentation.
You must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:
- Have experience with SAP
- Experience in the Engineering/Manufacturing industries
- Customer liaison experience
- Experience with export logistics
