They now an exciting opportunity for reliability leader to join their team.
The role
The role of the reliability leader will be to oversee the maintenance of the factory. You will tasked with the development and improvement of the maintenance plans. You will train the maintenance team members and fill skill gaps. You will be looking at continuous improvements and root cause analysis in order to maximise production and keep downtime to a minimum.
- Development of maintenance pans
- Optimise spares holdings
- Delivery on agreed projects
- Training and supervision of maintenance team
The candidate
To be considered for the role of reliability leader then you must have the following skills or attributes.
- Apprentice trained NVQ level 3 minimum
- HNC preferred
- Good level of multi skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects
- Passionate about developing others
