Interim Site Manager – Pharmaceuticals / Hygienic Process Sector
£350 - £400 per day – Outside IR35
Based in Liverpool - Immediate start
This growing business is looking to maintain their expansion and are consistently winning new projects. This specific project is a high value installation of several new process lines which has some relatively tight deadlines to work to. With overall responsibility for the management of the site and all the sub-contractors, this is a challenging role that will suit an accomplished Site Manager. The Interim Site Manager will be responsible for the following
- Responsibility for the running of the site on a day to day basis
- Delivery of a building schedule to a specific deadline
- Managing the mechanical and electrical sub-contractors that need to come onto site
- Co-ordinating all site-based activity
- Chairing project meetings with all of the sub-contractors
- Acting as the interface between the sub-contractors and the business
- Responsible for all health & safety on site
- Progress tracking of the project
- Be visual, walk the floor and identify problems and quality issues
The Interim Site Project Manager will need the following skills to be considered for this role:
- Previous experience in a similar hygienic process sector
- Proven track record as a Site Manager
- Capability to manage the site and the sub-contractors
- Effective communicator, ability to adapt, direct and assertive
- Engaging go-getter that can get inspire the team
- Charismatic individual
- Lead by example – set the right standards
