ATA Recruitment – shortlisted for the Best Engineering Recruitment Agency 2021 at The Recruiter Awards - are currently looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us in Leicester in our maintenance team.
This team specialises within the engineering maintenance market throughout the East & West Midlands and work with a select number of manufacturing businesses within construction materials, food, plastics and special purpose machinery. They also work for companies within Industry 4.0 and cover roles within automated logistics, sortation and the warehousing industry.
The type of roles you would be recruiting for include;
- Maintenance technicians
- Maintenance engineers
- Maintenance team leader
- Maintenance planners
- Maintenance managers

We provide thorough and ongoing training throughout your career with us, and our established team is always on hand to support. You will be partnered with a more experienced Recruiter, who will be your mentor and help you. Alongside our training programme and dependant on performance, there is also the opportunity for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant to progress every six months. You will know exactly what is expected from you to continue to develop throughout your career with us, with many different routes of progression available.
While no recruitment experience is required to become a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, sales experience/knowledge of the maintenance sector will be considered as advantageous.
