The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant: Whilst completing core training, the Trainee Recruitment specialist will attract, source and interview candidates, matching them to roles and managing them through recruitment processes. As you become more established in your role, you will manage the client processes, build external relationships, and generate sales-leads to pass over to be converted into sales. As your role progresses, you will start building your client relationships, bring on job vacancies and should aim to be comfortable in a 360-recruitment role: albeit with continued support and guidance from more senior members of staff.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements: While you do not need to have recruitment experience to apply for this position, sales experience will be considered advantageous.
