£19,500 - £22,000 basic salary + uncapped commission, laptop, mobile, 25 days holiday + bank holidays + many other benefits

No recruitment experience is required to become a Trainee Recruitment Consultant; we provide thorough and ongoing training throughout your career with us, and our established team is always on hand to support. You will be partnered with a more experienced Recruiter, who will be your mentor and help you. All our positions are 360 recruitment roles and therefore sales-focused, so if you are competitive, ambitious, and great with people, this could be the ideal role for you!

Alongside our training programme, we will also offer the Trainee Recruitment Consultant the opportunity to progress every six months. You will know exactly what is expected from you to continue to develop throughout your career with us, with many different routes of progression available.
