The RTC Group Awards 2022

On Friday 10th March 2023, we were able to resume our annual tradition of The RTC Group Awards, rewarding those who have gone above and beyond throughout 2022.

​

After a three-year hiatus, we are delighted to have hosted our annual awards evening for the RTC Group, including Ganymede Solutions, ATA Recruitment, Global Staffing Solutions and The Derby Conference Centre.

​

Held at our headquarters, the Derby Conference Centre, we gathered for a night of celebration and reflection as we looked back on the past twelve months and all that the group has achieved across the various industries we support.

Ganymede and ATA Awards

The evening began with the Ganymede and ATA Awards, where we awarded the top performing individuals across the recruitment businesses as well as those who have personified our core values over the last twelve months. Congratulations to the winners of the Ganymede and ATA Awards:

Paul Crompton, Managing Director said:  “It was fantastic to see everyone back together again at the awards event after an absence of three years. It was an incredible evening and I’d like to congratulate all the award winners for their achievements. I look forward to celebrating the successes of 2023 at the next RTC Group awards ceremony in early 2024.

The RTC Group Awards

The evening continued with the Group CEO address, three course meal and RTC Group Awards.

These awards cover the entirety of the group, allowing individuals from all functions to receive recognition and praise for their continued efforts. Our business is all about people, and our group success is down to the hard work and dedication of all our staff. Congratulations to the winners of the RTC Group Awards:
