Candidate Profile We are looking for a proven sales leader with a track record of managing and developing successful sales teams within a technical or engineering-led environment. You will have: Previous experience as a National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Head of Sales or similar leadership role. Experience managing and developing external sales teams. A successful background within engineering, wastewater, water treatment, industrial equipment, manufacturing or process industries. Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience growing sales teams. A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach. Experience delivering sales growth through both new business and account development. Excellent commercial awareness, negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Full UK Driving Licence.
