The Role: The role of a workshop and service engineer is incredibly varied and includes: Roughly 70-75% of the role is Workshop based - regular days with an early finish every Friday Supporting the customer with product trails Machinery modifications and test (electrical and mechanical) Planning service visits Technical support to customers 25-30% of the role will be Field Based: Visiting customer sites all over the world Machinery installations and commissioning Breakdown support Planned maintenance Electrically the workshop and service engineer will be working on single and 3 phase systems, inverters, drives, relays, safety circuits and PLC’s Mechanically the work includes conveyors, bearings, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics. The Role As a CAD Draughtsperson, you will work closely with the projects team on larger projects and work autonomously on smaller projects will be responsible for providing high-quality 2D and 3D draughting services using SolidWorks and AutoCAD to support the design and manufacturing of their products.
