£40.00 - £45.00p/h DOE – Outside IR35
Our client:
Our client is a leading UK Engineering, projects, and installations company, managing large EPC projects for major blue chip FMCG manufacturers UK wide. They are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Engineer, for an initial 3-month contract, with the likelihood of long-term extensions.
Due to an influx of projects, they are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to join their team on a contracts basis to assist on key projects.
For the position of Electrical Project Engineer, you will require to conduct the following daily duties:
- Development of projects from initial design phase through to completion
- Assessing existing site systems and set up
- Site surveying on existing site
- Working on PLCs, control panels, LV power distribution in a food manufacturing facility
- Reviewing documentation
- Work on multiple small projects at any one time
- Report into Lead Project Manager
The successful Electrical Project Engineer will need to have the following attributes:
- Apprentice trained ideally to NVQ L3/HNC Electrical Engineering
- In depth Food Industry projects & site experience
- A strong communicator, organised, flexible mindset, strive for excellence
- Commutable to Wirral / Cheshire area
