The Company:
We are working with a leading FMCG group with multiple sites across the UK who turnover north of £1 billion. A massive business who produce products for some of the biggest UK retailers, this site has received big investment and is undergoing expansion in which there is a need for a talented maintenance engineer to join their already talented team. With lots of new lines being installed and continuous investment there is a huge amount of job security in this role. A large amount of machinery on site including cookers, ovens, conveyors, chillers, packaging equipment and mixers – with investment being made year on year. With lots of training given to the team and plenty offered to any new engineers – this role is perfect for a maintenance engineer.
Your Role:
As a maintenance engineer, your role will include
- Breakdown/reactive maintenance
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Project work/continuous improvement
- Fault finding with a multimeter – working on panels/sensors/relays/motors/
You:
Our client is looking for a maintenance engineer who
- Has a level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Electrical skillset – happy to fault find electrical
- Experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
- A good attitude and aptitude to learn
