Maintenance Engineer
Worcester
Monday to Friday. Weekly rotated: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00.
Starting salary: £42,000 - £46,000
Average earnings: £48,000+

My client is a leading manufacturer in the area who specialise in supplying a number of automotive businesses on a global scale. The business has been well rooted in the Worcester area for decades and they’re also known for putting back into the community. Due to recently joining a larger group, the business is now actively looking to hire a skilled maintenance engineer into their growing team.
The day to day of a maintenance engineer:
My client is offering a fantastic opportunity for any maintenance engineer who is looking to learn a new bespoke industry. They offer a professional induction process and will work with you to achieve success within the position. You can expect:
- Reactive and proactive maintenance.
- Reading technical drawings.
- Working to a modern PPM schedule.
- Fault diagnostics on large scale machinery.
Due to the scale of the operation, this role would be best suited to a maintenance engineer looking to be technically challenged. No day is the same and you’ll be expose to every aspect of the business.
A successful maintenance engineer application:
- You must hold an engineering qualification level 2+
- My client is very open to maintenance engineers outside of their industry.
