My client is a huge name within the warehousing industry and has numerous sites across the UK as well as globally. They have a turnover of over 10 million UK and 700 million worldwide. The site in Corby has been there for over 4 years and has recently been taken over. They are looking for a maintenance engineer to join their team immediately.
As a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Fault finding both mechanically and electrically
- Working on PLCS - checking i/o's
- fixing electrically and mechanical breakdowns on automated equipment
- Swapping out mechanical and electrical components like for like
- General lubrication on specific machinery
About you
As a Maintenance engineer you will need:
- Previous experience working as a maintenance engineer
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Be comfortable working at heights
- To be flexible with your working hours
- Happy to work double days aswell as shifts
