The company:
We are working with a large, specialist manufacturer with a tight grip on their market. As the need for clean energy grows, so does the need for my clients’ products. They have a full order book and have put in over £10 million pounds worth of investment since 2022. This is a very exciting time for the business, and they are in need of an experienced maintenance team leader to help manage the day to day of a very interesting and complex production process.
The daily duties for a maintenance team leader:
This position is perfect for any Maintenance engineer with stand in experience or someone in a similar position looking for something more exciting! You’ll be tasked with leading a skilled team of 4 Engineers across a complex site. This will include:
- Prioritising reactive maintenance.
- Working to a modern CMMS system.
- Contractor management.
- Managing the daily running your team.
- Engineer meetings and hand overs.
- Recommending improvements and managing large scale projects.
Our client is very accommodating to any maintenance team leaders outside of their industry and they have a tailored their induction plan to bring you up to speed with the machinery, the layout, and their way of working.
A successful maintenance Team Leader application:
- You must have experience managing a team.
- You must hold an engineering qualification level 2+
