Up to £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE year 1 approx. £50,000)
ATA Recruitment are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or consultative, B2B Salesperson to join our team in Leicester. Joining our successful Executive Search Division, you would be working with a Business Development Manager – our highest biller – who has over 15 years experience. We are expanding the team due to the success of the Division and you would be the second person to join this specific team, presenting long-term progression opportunities.
This is a B2B consultative sales role, in which the successful candidate will be pitching for retained work for senior roles across the engineering sector, both in the UK and Internationally. Recruiting for Managers, Directors and Executives, you will manage them through (sometimes lengthy) hiring processes, working very closely with both candidate and client to ensure the desired outcome for both sides are achieved.
The ideal Recruitment Consultant will be charismatic, consultative in their sales approach and be able to confidently communicate with very senior Executives. There will be full training and support within the role, structured progression and career growth and due to the nature of the roles you are recruiting for, high fees meaning a high earning potential in year one and beyond.
