​ATA Recruitment sees record year with strong investment in leadership team

ATA Recruitment (a trading brand of Ganymede Solutions Ltd) a market leading provider of recruitment solutions for the UK engineering and manufacturing sector has strengthened their senior management team through the promotions of Steve Harry and Stewart Jackson to the roles of Associate Director.

With their head office on Ratby Lane in Leicester, ATA Recruitment has been trading since 1963, supporting the growth of local organisations such as Samworth Brothers, Toyota Manufacturing UK and Evri.

Despite external factors such as the Covid-19 pandemic, the implications of Brexit and the ongoing labour shortage, ATA Recruitment saw an increase of 39% growth on GP across their two offices in 2022 and a record breaking 82% retention rate of new starters into the business.

With a key focus on goal management and the success of the individuals within the team, 59% of the business has a promotion last year.
