I have several years of experience working across both permanent and temporary recruitment, specialising in construction, engineering, and technical roles. My work has covered assignments across the UK, Europe, and the USA, supporting clients in fast-paced, candidate-short markets and delivering reliable staffing solutions for a wide range of skilled positions. This combination of sector knowledge and international recruitment experience allows me to understand operational needs quickly and provide effective support to both clients and candidates.

I can help you fill any contract or temporary roles within engineering and manufacturing recruitment. This includes hands-on skilled positions such as welder/fabricators, mechanical fitters, electrical fitters, and both electrical and mechanical maintenance Engineers. I also support technical site-based roles such as site managers and project managers, particularly for projects where teams are installing, fitting, or commissioning equipment at a new facility. Whether it involves maintenance, fitting, or full site support, I can supply reliable contractors quickly and accurately to keep your projects on track.
The best part of my job
The best part of my job is meeting people face to face and seeing firsthand what my clients and candidates do on a daily basis. Visiting sites, understanding how the work is carried out, and observing the skill involved helps me match people more accurately and build stronger, more genuine relationships across the industry.
What I do when I'm not in the office
When I’m not in the office, I like to keep active. I enjoy going to the gym and getting out for walks with the kids whenever I can. I’ve completed the Three Peaks several times, and I even tackled the Pyrenees when I was a bit younger. I also enjoy metal detecting when the weather is a bit better. My next goal is to buy or convert my own camper van so I can travel more with the kids and explore new places together.
