As I specialise in the recruitment of Service, installation and Commissioning engineers, our process of vetting the potential candidates is second to none. The reason behind this is because at ATA we like to understand the technical expertise behind each candidate and how their technical ability can help our clients. This in turn has allowed us at ATA to provide our clients with the best possible candidates while also providing a service which is unmatched. Furthermore, my own personal experience and skills as well as having a great support structure in place at ATA, have allowed me to develop as a recruiter at a high level.
The best part of my job
The best part of my role is being able to talk to a wide array of candidates, from different walks of life, and being able to form a relationship with a candidate through helping them find their next ideal role. This provides me with a great feeling as candidates I have placed with clients have been happy since moving to new roles.
What I do when I'm not in the office
When I’m not in the office, I like to play and coach football, as well as watching Leicester City at the King Power.
