The Role and About You As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will take full responsibility for your desk from the outset, including: Developing strong, long-term client partnerships through a consultative and value-led approach Managing and growing your own client portfolio, delivering recruitment solutions clients rely on Identifying, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and direct sourcing Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and seeing the impact of your work through successful placements • Using your market knowledge to identify opportunities, generate leads, and expand your desk strategically We’re looking for someone ready to step up and further their recruitment career.
