Position: Engineering Administrator
Location: Warrington
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 Per Annum
Duration: 3-month Temporary to Permanent Position
Start Date: Immediate
The company recruiting, is a global leader in water and wastewater treatment solutions, serving municipal and industrial clients for over a century. With a focus on UV technology for disinfection, they offer a range of services including sales, design, manufacturing, and aftercare. Their expertise spans various sectors such as aquatic and leisure centers, industrial water treatment for factories and manufacturing businesses, and applications in airports and other industrial settings.
As an Engineering Administrator you will be responsible for the following:
- Opening and loading service orders into SAP.
- Ordering spares for service visits.
- Ordering parts from 3rd party suppliers & Raising purchase orders.
- Communicating with other departments to understand times and parts availability for customer requirements.
- Managing logistics for parts needed.
- Assisting engineers with maintaining van stock.
To be considered for the role as an Engineering Administrator you must possess the following skills:
- Eye for detail
- Expirience as an Administrator
- Have experience with SAP or similar.
- General IT knowledge inc Office, Teams etc
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to work in pressurized environments and handle several complex orders at the same time.
- Directly related experience in a similar customer service/Manufacturing Environment
