Shift: Mon-Fri Days (6-2, 10-6)
Salary: Up to £34,720

The Company

Our client operates a large safety-critical industrial facility with >100 storage assets. With a strong turnover of over £100 million, they rent space to companies to store material in bulk quantities. Our client has a solid maintenance function with a supportive environment, and they are currently looking for another couple motivated Administrators to add to their team! Our client has a clear, structured plan to invest £10 million in upgrading their equipment, facilities and to make way for Continuous Improvement projects!
The Role
As an Administrator, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming visitors to the site
- Liaising with drivers and dispatchers to ensure they have the correct documentation
- Operating weighbridge machines to weigh vehicles from arrival and departure of site
- Reporting correct financial and data figures to HMRC
- Writing detailed reports and analysing key terminal data
- Communicating effectively with customers mostly via email and occasionally via phone
About You
The ideal Administrator will have the following:
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent
- Experience working with an administrative role
- Good mathematical knowledge
- Confidence in fast-past working situations
- Excellent communication skills
