Job Role – Commissioning Engineer
Patch – Oxfordshire
Salary – £45K + OT (OTE £60K)
Hours – Mon – Friday
The Company
Our client is a is a special purpose machinery manufacturer generating £multimillions in annual sales, supplying machinery to customers nationally and internationally. Our client supply machinery such as manual stretch wrappers and wrapping machines, and because of their continued growth are now expanding in the UK and overseas.
Our client has a solid reputation within the UK and has been expanding globally into over 120 countries, with offices in the US, UK, Russia, and China. The business has a number of well-known clients such as Coca cola and Nestle to name a few.
As part of their growth, they are looking to bolster their UK Commissioning team, therefore they are now in the market for an experienced commissioning engineer, with a proven track record in service or maintenance.
The Role
The Commissioning Engineer will be working on installations and breakdowns, as well as carrying out servicing on the machinery. Covering the UK, the role will consist predominantly of doing installations, with servicing and breakdowns forming a smaller part of the role. The role will be more electrical in nature but will still require mechanical work.
As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be required to fault find with the Multimeter, read electrical drawings, and be comfortable modifying PLCs.
The Candidate
To be successful within this role:
• A recognised electrical qualification
• Experience in maintaining automated equipment
• Full UK Driving License
